24 hour emergency electrical
Available around the clock for electrical emergencies at home, at an institution, or at a business, with local service technicians and a fast response. One customer called the evening before a holiday when the power started acting up; the tech was there within half an hour, traced the fault back to the Consumers Energy lines, and called again afterward to make sure it had stayed fixed. That is separate from office hours, which run Monday to Thursday 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM and Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

- Residential electrical and repair
Light fixtures, sockets and switches, home repairs and improvements, plus the aerial boom truck for overhead work a ladder cannot reach. The same crew also handles energy efficiency, power quality, appliance repair, design and build, and generator estimates and installs.
- Generator installation and service
Briggs and Stratton factory authorized service agent for the tri-city area, with 24 hour support for warranty and non-warranty issues. The shop also handles generator repair, home electrical repair, light fixtures, sockets and switches.
- Major appliance repair
Warranty repair on most major appliances, including as the servicing agent on manufacturer warranty claims, with on-site repairs and a local shop. Refrigerators, dishwashers, washing machines and dryers.

Business electrical systems of every type, troubleshot and installed, with preventative maintenance contracts backed by inspection technology. Industrial work covers power factor correction and motor control wiring under strict MIOSHA standards; commercial work covers HVAC electrical, voice and data networking and sign lighting repair.
