Not every job starts with Nuechterlein Electric drawing the plan. A general contractor, architect or engineer sets the specification, and the crew bids it and builds it exactly as drawn, across homes, schools, hotels, nursing homes, churches, offices, municipal buildings and industry.

Competitive bid specification work
A lot of electrical work in Frankenmuth doesn't start with a homeowner's phone call, it starts with a set of drawings someone else already put together. On a competitive bid job, the electrical scope is already specified before Nuechterlein Electric ever sees it, and the job is to bid it accurately, win it against other contractors, and then build exactly to that specification rather than to the crew's own preference.
That's a different discipline than a design conversation with an owner. There's no negotiating the panel size or the fixture count once the spec is set, the job is precision and schedule, and it's a discipline the shop has been keeping since 1952.
