A grain elevator is an electrically hostile place in a way most commercial buildings never have to deal with. A loose lug or a stressed contact shows up as a hot spot on a thermal image long before it shows up as smoke, and that's the difference between a scheduled repair during the off season and an emergency call during harvest.
